    Course the day after I brag about how much better my exercise routine has got I'm super sick. Not fair.

    Feeling better. Walked a mile and a half outdoors. Got my wrist weights. Should receive better kitchen scales I ordered soon so I can do portion control better. Relieved to realise a tablespoon of something looks bigger than it sounds, I was worried I was eating way more of some things than was recommended.

    OW OW OW it's been so long since I exercised my arms I can barely handle tiny dumbbells for five minutes and now my arms hurt.

    Parcel arrived! Goody-good.

    Arms and legs hurt like hell. Still, my week's step count is up. Wellbeing advisor says not to worry too much about hitting the high levels, just keep a steady pace. I'll also remember to switch up what I do.

    Apparently I can only keep up arm exercises for thirty seconds at a time. Still, keep it up, maybe soon I'll make forty-five...

    Funny thing is I'm actually eating more food, but it's more nutritious and varied food and I'm actually using the energy it gives me.

    My lung capacity's gone up, anyway. I can sing while carrying heavy shopping now. Can't sing well, but there we go.

    According to my scales, I've lost seven pounds in a day, which I'm pretty sure I would have noticed. I presume it's water weight or gut content that's different from last time? Well, the downward trend is the important part.

    And now it's telling me I'm five pounds heavier than I was when I last weighed myself, mere hours after the last time. What? Eh, doctor's scales'll be more accurate...

    Thinking of setting up restart package for business when I have more money, redesigning and renaming it. I wanna go with an animesque word-salad name. Pastel Switchblade something sounds pretty cool.

    It's completely normal for you weight to fluctuate that much over the course of a day.
