Filmcow! Maker of Charlie the Unicorn, Llamas with Hats, and a whole bunch of other violent, absurdist nonsense that we probably remember from years and years ago. What's your favorite video from Filmcow/Jason Steele? I love the Spatula Madness bits. I kind of wish that he would actually make the movie, but on the other hand, the bits scattered around his channels are kind of great because they lack any context whatsoever. On the other, other hand, there's far from any guarantee that a full movie would actually provide any context for those scenes. Also Marshmallow People is brilliant. Somehow. And Twelve Days of Nickmas. I actually really liked the ending of Llamas with Hats. It was...poignant? Also he's currently making a finale for the Charlie the Unicorn series, which is going to be a half hour long and probably awful in all the best ways. There's a Kickstarter for getting stuff, which is already fully funded. Plus, he's now streaming the entire Charlie the Unicorn/charlie teh unicron/Charlie the Yannicorn series on loop if you want to watch it forever.
really? excite! but yeah, i've been enjoying the Ghost House series and Detective Heart of America is a great film, in a terrible way. my favorite video of all is president taft's secret pony brigade though.
Necroing to mention: My husband's name is Carl. Every time his Pathfinder characters critical hit, there is a resounding chorus of--you guessed it--"Caaaaarrrrlll! That kills people!"
He's got a gun! BZZZZZZZT HE'S GOT ANOTHER GUN!! BZZZZZZZZZZZZZT I watched both series with my moirail a couple years ago and we still quote bits of it back and forth. XD
So um blast from the past but he's finally starting to release the Charlie finale. In 6 parts, apparently, one a month. The first part came out about a month ago, so the second should be coming out soon.
So um Shadowstone Park is legitimately good. Like, it starts out like a lot of his usual shitposty stuff, but the second season is actually really gripping. Can you understand me?
