Simple formula I know from them deals with Cold Diyus and length of stay. l1*20=l2.

Say you're 50. Added up you are going to Cold Diyu. Multiply your age at death by 20. 1000 years stay in Cold Diyu. Ones for Hot Diyus more complicated. Avicci just give up. Give it a letter Call it a day. Least I would. Probably got people actually figuring it out though.
