does anyone have any recommendations for an app for tracking food input that’s like... value neutral about the whole business? I’ve been having hunger troubles and I think I just plain need data about my inputs, but I know myself and I can be an awful minmaxer which means stuff that’s like “optimize your fitness!” very quickly get very stressy for me. Also, while I don’t have weight or body image issues, in a similar vein I’m worried I’ll end up in some optimization or “but did I earn it” anxiety hole and give myself an eating disorder. It seems like most diet related stuff is either all about losing weight or becoming a super athlete. I just wanna figure out if I’m actually covering my bases well enough!
