I got their business card from either the last mental health clinic I went to or my therapists office - I can't remember.

They say their non attorney, which I'm not sure if good or bad. I'm too upset and worried and scared about my hearing and I'm afraid I'm going to go to the wrong people for help again.

These guys give me bad vibes. Checking out the bios (http://www.dacdallas.com/#!about/c4nz), the following jumps out.

    1. Only the owner has even a bachelor's.
    2. The owner does not identify past employers.
    3. One of their identified employees is the office manager.
    4. One of the office manager's "qualifications" is" "worked for over 7 years traveling the country with a ministry group reaching out to impoverished communities."
    5. The only past employment for the Lead Claims Coordinator is "interior designer for a major company for several years".

They have an auto-playing Youtube video on one page. That demonstrates a combination of insensitivity and incompetence.

Okay, thank you, like I said I'm not a good judge of this stuff. I hope the intake place can point me to someone trust worthy.

Because the fees for SS work are limited, you're not going to get great and friendly service anywhere. Your goal here should be to get competent service instead. That probably means an attorney who has done SS work for a decade or so.
