    So xenforo released an update that fixes the problem "recaptcha doesn't work so no one can sign up", but I didn't notice.

    Upgrading shortly.

    EDIT: Upgrade complete, now on xenforo 1.5.20a, which should fix a number of bugs.

    Probably early January. The failure mode should have been obvious, captcha never loaded so you couldn't complete the form.

    pretty much. honestly, i wasn't bothering with patches because why would anything go wrong or need to be changed? answer: google broke recaptcha.
