its funny cuz sometimes i have someone say 'lol does your oc's dick compare to [my friend's oc's dick'] and my best way of being passively petty is go 'who?'

33 pages in and a year later, i think i'm getting better after this shattered friendship/art inspiration.

I'm still hurt but, every time i tell someone new about the whole thing, something new comes to light and i guess, it makes me a bit more at ease?

 

Yeah, people don't come with warning signs that say "huuuuge asshole!". Even Ray, a pretty straight forward dumpster fire of a person, still manages to draw people into his orbit and manipulate them. Getting burned sucks.

 

I think I made a character I want to be the FuckBoi for my oc Seirath's part in my comic.

i think my one concern is that theyre a transman and i dunno how people would react to that.

it's not like im demonizing transmen (like far from it lol). I guess I jus wanna see a transman be a shitty person and not a pure angel (which is funny cuz they are an angel!) so.. ye

 

Seebs made a good point about representation: if you only have one lgbt character and they're awful, that does look a little ehhhh. But if you have multiple lgbt characters and one of them is a fuckboi, then you're showing a wide range of people, and if one of them is a fuckboi, well, one of them is a fuckboi. There's a range of experiences, and having one person be a fuckboi doesn't mean that you're saying 'this is how all transmasc people are!' it's just showing one character who happens to be a fuckboi.

 

how do you politely tell someone you just... don't really care for this thing they always show you, even though you've said you aren't even slightly interested in it and really dont want to get into the thing?

its even worse cuz ive been friends with them for awhile but lately i just, dont really want to talk to them anymore cuz we dont share a lot in common and i feel like theyre clinging to me cuz im one of their few friends.

i dont wanna have this kind of attitude but im so tired and i feel so weighed down by them in terms of i feel like if i left them they'd hurt themselves. and every time i tried to introduce them to my other friends they always did something that made my friends not want to talk to them and just

im trying so fucking hard to help them but i dont wanna talk to them anymore you know??

Or depending on how much you’re comfortable sharing, possibly something like, “We’ve been friends for a while, so I feel like I can tell you that I’m going through a rough time right now. It’s really hitting me hard and I don’t have much energy even for things that seem like they should be easy.

“I’m not going to be able to respond to roosterteeth content anymore. I know what it’s like to love something and really want to share, but I just can’t be a good audience right now. I hate the idea of being a bad one, so I’d rather not be an audience at all for the time being.

“I’m sorry. I hope you understand.”

 

ugh i feel horrible now, i told them im glad they like the thing but i just, i said it rudely, doesnt help i was like, annoyed already by something else so ugh

idk why i even try to tell people im not interested in something then they continue showing me later to the point i have to say 'i dont really care for this, im sorry'

Heavens yes. I also don’t have energy to watch 20 minute videos of stuff I don’t care about. A lot of the time I don’t have energy for 5 minute videos of stuff I care a lot about.

I think if you’ve already told them and they have continued to ignore it, it’s perfectly within the bounds of etiquette to be increasingly brief about reminding them.

 

my cat is actually making me cry because he keeps knocking down his food bowl and i have no idea why, this is something new for him and it's really getting on my nerves and i dont know what to do

 

it souinds silly!! being upset over your cat doing something small !! but he keeps knocking his food bowl down when it's full! I always had have some food in it in case they get hungry at any point because i would forget to feed them on time! and now he's knocking over dry food that isnt even old and i'm legit upset! im crying im angry i dont know what to do!!

 

and now im jsut thinking im a bad pet owner because i dont know what to do with this new behavior except flick his forehead because what the fuck am i supposed to do?? he knows he did something bad and he runs off the moment i see it and i dont know what to do!! am i just that fucking stupid?? am i that bad???

oh and i know people go 'well cats are supposed to be like this' WELL GUESS FUCKING WHAT? THIS IS A NEW BEHAVIOR HE'S DONE AND I'M ALREADY TIRED OF IT AFTER A FEW DAYS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, EVEN AFTER GOOGLING IT.

im at a point where something small can make me go into a rage and cry to the point where i think of how bad i am and i should just die like why havent i done it now??? i have nothing to really live for!!

 

I found an article that suggested using a bit of duct tape or glue to adhere the bowl to the floor, or getting a joined food-and-water bowl as those are harder to flip

 

hard second on something to stick the bowl down, my cats are gremlin monsters and they do dumb shit like that all the time, they've mostly stopped because they're used to the bowl not being able to move now

 

i feel like a dumbass, my cat's been an outdoor cat all his life so when we got him that's what he was, so he likes being let out and i get so nervous that id forget to call for him at a certain time and sure enough i did and idk where he is, i feel so bad like im a bad pet owner and i hate letting him out but if he's not let out after awhile he will sneak by us but he does always come back but hhh

idk i feel awful, i want him back
