Do the admins have a way to tell what the average post-to-like ratio is, and if so, what is it?
Mine's roughly 1:2 posts-to-likes, but I'd guess it's closer to 1:1 for people who have vent threads or who use a more conversational/chat-like posting style.
You can figure it out from your profile, but I don't know of an easy place to see it. Your profile should show both posts and likes and you can math it out from there.
i think @Wingyl meant the average post-to-like ratio of everyone on this forum. like, how many does the average user have?
hopefully this'll aid you on your quest: mine's about three likes per post
That makes more sense I haven't slept so my brain is moosh.
mine is 2 likes per post, i think
I have... more posts than likes. Curious though, why do you want to know?
I was curious.
i have about 3.2 likes to one post so far but i mostly post in comedy threads so. likes-to-post ratio georg?
idk, maybe more data points would help. i doubt that's a feature
one to five ratio posts to likes over here
I've got about a 1 to 2.3 post to like ratio :D we could make a spreadsheet!
Like, 1:4.6 ratio. Which strikes me as very weird given that I am not that funny or insightful! You people like weird things I guess.
i've got a 1:2.4 posts:likes ratio!
Roughly around 3.3:1 likes-to-posts, I think, but I might've forgotten how to ratio and gotten it wrong.
I do not know how to ratio or I would join in
Looks like an average of 5.8 likes per post. I suspect the fact that I post so sparsely is why there's a bigger difference between the two than for most of the people in this thread. (I've been gradually growing out of my perpetual lurker tendencies, but it's going slowly.)
It's just division. If your posts are 2000 and your likes 10000, just divide 10000 by 2000 and get 5 - the ratios would be 1/5
2.5 post/like ratio here.
2.3 likes to every post here
