Tldr: since I had that blow up with my mom, I've had exactly one sleep cycle where I didn't wake up with an anxiety-related nightmare. It's kind of getting to be a problem because I haven't slept through the night in four days and I'm basically anxiety-jitters constantly for the first two hours after I wake up.

    Advice?

If you can, maybe switch up where you sleep or your sleep routine? When I get dreams I don't want to repeat, I'll sleep on the couch for a bit, or I'll try napping so I'm at a different level of tired when I do go to sleep, and sometimes it'll reset my brain playlist.

Switching where I sleep isn't really an option (I'm a couchsurfer basically) and when doesn't seem to have much bearing on it. :c
