SHA-1 was pretty good for its time! 20 years ago.
Also apparently Google and CWI Amsterdam announced a practical collision attack on full SHA-1 today, so yeah.
yeah, apparently when i bought certs for seebs.net a while back I got cheapo ones with bad crypto. now i'm using Let's Encrypt, which is a free CA with open-source tools and such.
