Love that a few pages back there was some Actually Kinda Productive Discussion starting to happen, and now it's just the mammoth task of trying to get Seebs to shut the fuck up.
I sort of assumed that was the intent, because it's the periodic "seebs made the worst thing there is literally nothing good about this forum" threads that my forums always get. :P
Seebs, I believe you don't intend to signal status but you probably are doing it in a way that freaks out some people. So maybe don't come at it from the point of view of 'I don't care about status' and more of 'so what I am doing that pings other people this way'. Maybe in another thread.

So are you arguing that the people perceiving me as status-obsessed are actually correct, or is it just sort of a running joke without any real relation to the topic? I can't tell.
