Just what it says on the tin. This is a place for you to talk about your favorite comedians (or comediennes, if you like that word). Couldn't find a thread for this, so here it is! I have this thing where I watch a lot of comedy specials on Netflix. I don't watch movies or TV really, just comedy specials. Because it makes me smile, and laugh, and it makes me feel good. And I'm always down for recommendations, or to give my own recommendations. well, @Totally David K made me watch a bunch of Bo Burnham's stuff so I might as well put him here. Also, Brian Regan. I can't think of any more right now.
this might not count but... norm the genie, my fave character 5ever, is voiced by and based on norm macdonald. so, in a sense, norm macdonald is my fave comedian. in an i-barely-ever-watch-comedy sense, haha. yeah... on another note, my dad and brother like comedy a lot. they watch saturday night live, mostly. which is pretty funny.
i really like henry cho, brian regan, and gabriel iglesias. i'm a sucker for funny voices and hilarious stories.
@Bel Capricorn I can only really watch Bo Burnham's stuff if I'm not doing other stuff, and most of the time what I'm watching is In The Background, but I still like it a lot. It is exactly my flavor of bizarre. I'll have to check out Brian Regen. @unknownanonymous oh my god Norm MacDonald. His deadpan delivery is so perfect. I can't even imagine what he'd be like voicing a cartoon character. I mean, obviously really funny.
@Deresto !!! Brian Regan is pretty much the only comedian I've seen anything of but I like him a lot. A LOT. I nearly squealed out loud when Wiwaxia posted those Homestuck fan animations.
