The day I found The Tiniest Beast as a 2lb 4wk-old parking-lot stray, he immediately picked a fight with my 110lb German Shepherd (who mostly stared at me like "Why did you bring this home? Why is it so stupid? Does it realize I'm literally 50x its size and wouldn't need to chew?")

Today, about 2yrs later, TinyBeast, aka Tibs aka Tiberius The Conqueror, was sitting on the opposite side of the baby gate dividing the Cat Zone from the Dog Zone.

Zee, the GSD, noticed and barked at him.

Y'know the hunting chirp cats do when they see a bird outside? The "I want to murder you, but I am aware of my limitations, and know I cannot murder you at this time. I will, however, express my desire to murder you and my frustrations at my inability to do so." chirps?

Tibs looked Zee dead in the eye and murder-chirped at him.
