yep! I think it's supposed to be based on a baseball thing but that is one of the sportball fields I know diddly squat about pinch hitters (for polyswap) are people who sign up with the intention of picking up a dropped assignment (art or writing) IF and ONLY IF it's something that interests them no obligation, etc. etc., but for this swap, unless more artist sign up, we're gonna be lowkey gently pushing pitches under pinch hitter's noses and waving them around like hey....hey.......you know you wanna do this one........please do this one oh god (these are our current ratios I promise we're not just being dicks) Prospit Comparison writing: 14 (70k words total, 2 arts:5k words) Equivalency: 1 art: 14 Derse Comparison writing: 32 (160k words total, 2 arts:5k words) Equivalency: 0.6875 art: 22

new dilemma: i own the 3 homestuck books that came out before VIZ Media got the publishing rights. and those 3 books cover acts 1-3. so it would be logical to simply buy Homestuck Book 3: Act 4 (when it comes out) and any further volumes past that. but i'd be missing the Intermission which i'd only be able to get if i got Homestuck Book 2: Acts 3 & Intermission. but it feels wasteful to get that when i already have act 3 why have they done this to me
