It's a running joke that we should all secede and form a nation of Kintsugi. Scotland seems as nice a place as any to do that, though not having broadband Internet would be a deal killer

Depending on how the next few elections in France and here go, Corsica might also be an option. Lots of free space, just gotta find a spot with possible Internet access, I guess.
