I discovered yesterday that peanut sauce (like, a very basic variation, but still) is actually super easy to make! Mix equal parts peanut butter and water in a bowl, and add a large splash of soy sauce. I microwaved it at this point to get everything to combine better, then added ground garlic and ginger. You could also add vinegar or lemon/lime juice or chili oil if you have those, but they're not necessary. I bought a shitload of lo mein noodles bc they cook super fast, and this sauce is good for adding extra calories without requiring additional cooking.
