As an adult now with the chance to stop and analyze things, I think I might have sensory overload issues.

One odd thing, is when bass is booming from a car. Where you can feel the vibrations in your core. I get overload quickly and my anxiety just shoots up.

Or just a simple noise of my keyboard will cause an overload.

Something specific, food texture issues. I realize that it has affected me all my life.
Some textures are 'bad' and I simply cannot handle them. I will throw up or just be unable to swallow. One example, jello. Another is crunchy stuff in otherwise soft smooth food, like onions in a tomato sauce.
There's a lot but these are quickest to think of. It's a real issue, as I can't just eat food someone has cooked if I don't know if it's 'safe' or I will skip entire meals to avoid certain foods.
    It's really concerning.
