There were two incidents in which Refractor attacked someone. One in this space, which was directed against a person named crocellsApostate, which was referenced by Ford. From Ford's remarks... on Scelus we would call that drop an accident.
The other was in your realspace with Cinderblitz. Ford mistook one for the other, from what I've gathered.

 

"Trouble" doesn't really apply in this space because of the consequence-free nature of it. There was someone Refractor attacked in here, but most of the inhabitants are happy with his actions, anyway.

Outside of it... I believe Captain Nichrome is handling the situation that happened with Cinderblitz, since as she's said, it seems to be a case of overactive battle protocols, and no amount of punishment is going to correct that. He needs care and understanding, instead. Besides, he didn't seem entirely happy with himself about the incident.

 

And, no, Refractor isn not in trouble. From what I've gathered he's a very courteous mech who extends his kindness to other species as well.

I don't know exactly what you mean to us. Jame is like a sister; hell, she's more my sister than Stella was--she was a baby when I went away to school.

But I know that somehow, you manage to make a place for yourself with us without coming between us at the places we're freely and joyfully bound to each other. It is a rare thing and I no longer question it. Not since I looked at you and knew you would be able to save her, and also that you are no more willing to acknowledge my mortality than she is.

Green's okay I guess but you'd look cooler with something better than grey on top of it!
