for those of us who need nudging to do a thing, or troubleshooting for selfcare needs/factors that could be impacting our executive function! feel free to specify if there's certain types of nudging you'd rather not get. it can be anything and everything, and you can use thread for as many steps as needed. i'd... make a more in-depth op but Ironically i am too execfunc'd out right now, whoops, i keep meaning to make this thread and then forgetting so here it is (edit: also, it's okay if you can't get a thing done even with nudging! you can call it a wash if you need to, or ask for help dealing with the results of not getting the thing done, but some days nudging doesn't get you through it, or you may need to go through trial and error on troubleshooting, and that's alright!) to start things off: can someone nudge me to get a drink of water? i keep getting distracted by Other Things that need to happen, but water is first priority.
