This is really stupid but I'm REALLY BAD at writing on paper. I like to put my stupid nonsense on a device somewhere that's locked and "safe" but sometimes I only have my phone and the app I have for writing is wonky and bad. I'm pretty sure no one is snooping in my notebooks but some of my stuff is weird and kinky or just WEIRD plot wise and I'd only post here (because y'all are weirdos too and I love y'all) or under a username on Ao3 or something, and whenever i want to write I just stare at the paper like BUT WHAT IF SOMEONE FINDS IT Also I have severe self embarrasment syndrome and getting better is hard when you can barely stamd to look at what you're doing. This is easier with drawing, but writing is created with THOUGHTS and it's worse Ahhhh I want to do the thing but bad How do i know for sure no one will snoop in my demon kink self-fulfillment bullshit It's the middle of the night and I'm making this post too long Witness me plz
I totally do that too. Logically speaking I know that if anyone found my extremely innocuous G-rated fanfiction notes they wouldn't care, but writing on paper feels so much more real and like so much more of a commitment that I'm doing this thing that I paralyze myself with indecision and nervousness any time I try.

Big angry cause I saw my TAZ telephone email late af idk if I'm still allowed to do it??? But for now I am Ango mcdango
I have no idea how anyone makes metallics. New holy symbol for my paladin. Next step is the coin in the center, which is the light source.
bright highlights toned towards your light source, and years of crying with a low-opacity brush for proper burnished texture
now with examples from my two metal projects: center orb and orange sketchlines are light sources; probably could go darker with the slashes in the central ring, but tbh I'm too lazy to my light sources are all over the place on this one because I hate myself, but the notably brighter highlights stand brushes on both (in FireAlpaca, I don't know what you're using) are hard-edged pen and watercolor, both at 15% opacity. the pen is better for tiny corners and details, but bc it's hard-edged tends to leave Noticeably Delineated Edges, which is great for highlights but not so great for diffuse light, so I smooth it out with watercolor and then re-highlight with the pen in particularly bright spots.
Thank you so much! I've been using clip studio paint, since it came bundled with my tablet, but it has hard edged pen and watercolour brushes so this should translate really well.
