College brought the I Am So Fucking Done week from october to may, which is Nice And Not A Sign Of Anything Wrong, and part of the Fun Activities Scheduled is a recipe video contest and i made my whiskey brownies and now.......... i am Nervous about sending it because i fear it is Not Appropriate even tho they are 0 alcoholic because you cook the whiskey

 

like, i am 28 years old and there is a tablespoon of baked whiskey in my food, what if my professors think i'm a raging alcoholic, says the person who has not gone to any university parties ever, even the ones where the professors were invited to

 

it's also like not the most well shot video because i just.... forgot to center some things in the frame. it's giving me Performance Anxiety but i said i'd do it so now i have to send the damn thing

ooh, whisky brownies sound amazing. El makes amazing rum brownies, and I've brought them to many a work potluck, since like yours all the actual alcohol is baked off. Honestly it makes people think I'm way cooler than I am, cause I drink on shockingly few occasions (alcohol fucks with my meds.)

So outside voice here to tell you, it will be fine. The booze might even get you extra brownie points (hehehe)

I also don't drink much! I don't like the taste of alcohol or feeling out of control of my body, so I already wasn't inclined to drink much and when i had my Gallbladder Explosion Time-Bomb Episode I found out i had liver damage and lowered my consumption even more. I never even got drunk in my life, I think the most was just a little tipsy at the beach once.

I do have a soft spot for whisky and rum drinks tho, and marula, and concoctions that can be accessorized with a little umbrella.

 

i just want to not have to record videos for midterm grades or have online exams ever again. online classes suck
