Character who sexted instead of calling for help while kidnapped and failed to realise she had two hands has now had a massive panic attack because she doesn't know the last name of her father, who she's lived with all her life. I don't think that was how the writer meant it to come across, it was a weak attempt to patch over a fuckup with the characters' family tree, but that's sure how it seemed.

Try looking up "paranormal prison romance" for infuriating cheesiness. "Conveniently Convicted" stands out in my memory as a) having the first protagonist I've ever wanted to kick in the head based only on the back cover copy, and b) choosing the middle of a sex scene to namedrop Baby Yoda.

I forget if I've mentioned that a while back my sibling texted me a screenshot of an ad for what was clearly rapey werewolf erotica ("I HOPE it's werewolf porn. Ooof I'll try to get my big girl panties on to show you. I havent written much more than a few pages at a time, recently I've been doing a really rough draft so i can at least get the story together and then I can go back and fill it out. Im trying to get back my groove. To be fair my "groove" was writing two chapters of a fanfiction, never figuring out a plot for it, then starting a new story. Rinse-repeat. Also that one story I wrote a few chapters of and then rewrote and am technically still rewriting to this day. I wanna be like GRR Martin but with less rape and fewer deaths-for-shock-value. And lots of pretty dresses. Its a dumb dream but its MY dream. Anyway I will try to get back to you XD I have a few stories in the works that i need to add to my writing/craft thread but IM NERVOUS even though you guys are nice.
I've been taking characters that deserved better from zombie stories and adding them to mine so they can live out a proper life instead of getting ate. Maybe I'll buy some cheap kindle werebooks and use those guys as the other packs. My main fic also has some GoT chars because I'm trash and i love Ned Stark. I regret (am proud?) to inform you that Joffrey/Enoby is currently planned to be canon. After he gets therapy.
Am now downloading Dreame because a lot of the stories seem to be on there. I am Afraid. Getting flashbacks to Wattpad.
She wouldn't be a main character but she's a stubborn goth so OF COURSE one of my stubborn goths adopted her. I had to. She's a princess now.
On second thought some of these stories aren't bad. I'll stick to poking around amazon so when i poke fun at someone's writing its more likely that author is an adult.
