I can't speak for the "best" way, but as a note: if you change your default grip, it's gonna take a while for your writing and drawing to look as good as it did before. I hold my pen in a very nonstandard fashion myself and when I tried holding it "normally" everything I did looked awful. It's probably something you could work through if you had to, but yeah. Fair warning.

Zine I made on feeling unreal/gender identity Image 2 has some nudity snippets Spoiler: 1 Spoiler: 2 Spoiler: 3 Spoiler: 4 Spoiler: 5
I understand absolutely nothing about this, but am mesmerized by the pretty colors. Watercolor, right?
I haven't posted anything here in a bit, so here's this weird thing I drew her during a dnd session and it got crazy when i started asking for suggestions, and i started with a goal of drawing whatever even if it didn't make sense, so here's this:
My DM decided that Tengu can be any bird species in his universe instead of just crows, so of course my new bard is a bird-of-paradise. (These noisy fuckers, to be precise.)
I am not very good at digital drawing and do a lot more traditional stuff because that's my comfort zone, but I finally got a comfortable stylus to use on my tablet and it's little MSPAINT-ish sketch app, and I finally have a piece I even slightly like :) A story and a portrait, in one part. Cinders loooves helping when I get live food for the cold-blooded critters XD
Lost some quality from low light and various adjustments, but this is probably my favorite art piece ive done as of now: Spoiler: Big Narwhal with scaled up human baby legs. It was a dnd joke at first but i liked the weirdness from it so much i just ran with it
