Boys could give boys flowers, right? It wasn’t only for girls. Nick didn’t know for sure. Which meant he had to look it up on his phone. He felt badly for all the generations that had come before him, unable to access queries immediately such as if it was okay for boys to give other boys flowers.

Two minutes later, he was somehow reading a Wikipedia article on the Women’s Cricket World Cup, unsure of how he got there.

I see no problem with original fiction quotes, I named the thread fic quotes so there'd be freedom for any category of fiction but I guess I did imply gratuitously that I only intended fanworks. Sorry about that.

But yeah unless someone wants to start an original fiction quotes thread (which would be baller af) I can't see any reason not to post whatever fiction people would like! Especially if it's your own and you want to share
