We're leaving to go do homework in the Light World, but our friends and Rouxls Kaard say they're going to come along? Spoiler Back in the Boredom Zone, Spoiler So... do they know they're playing cards? I don't think they'd have jumped straight into my inventory if they'd thought they were going to be walking around up here... Also, apparently Kris is not LV2 in the Light World. That's a relief, I think...
We were gonna do our project, Miss Alphys, really we were. But then... Spoiler Apparently this is a thing now. Random places just turning into... Spoiler
Spoiler We seem to have some distressed pink cute things, who are too traumatized to spoil the plot for us. Spoiler Oh, deer. Spoiler Cool, you can go in the hamster cage, right next to the last monarch who messed with us.
Spoiler May I just say that you're a delightful villain, and it will be a pleasure to foil you. Spoiler Yes, isn't that convenient? As much as I'm going to like having my caster back, especially against enemies that start the battle with the Tired condition, I have to say this is rather suspicious. Spoiler Hurried over how, exactly? Can you move through the light world? It's bigger in here than it is out there, but contiguity seems to be preserved, judging by the spare-classroom-adjoining-the-supply-closet thing.
Spoiler There are cute cats in this computer, as is right and proper. Spoiler A tutorial puzzle, as one does. And, hey, a new weapon for Ralsei! Spoiler Wait, what? Nooo, put it back! Spoiler Whew. Who cares about the attack stat? Fluffiness is what matters.
Spoiler EULAs are getting worse every year. Spoiler Actually I just saved this one for a reaction image. Spoiler You laugh now, but in approximately 43 seconds someone will post sexy fanart of Suzie stepping on Ralsei. Who will be laughing then? Spoiler I know all about losing at fighting games, and you, ma'am, are losing at fighting games. Spoiler Excuse me? I'm absolutely sure there are at least two distinct lifeforms in this party.
Spoiler This is both very 90s and very 2010s at the same time. Spoiler Perfect. A+. Absolutely correct use of cat in computer. Spoiler Somehow I don't think I'm going to like solving this puzzle.
Spoiler Radical. So why have you been trying to kill us with rhythm games? Spoiler In a sense, I suppose all the battles in this game are against good guys who are fighting me due to a misunderstanding. But for some reason it's more annoying when they set it up with dialogue. Spoiler Here we see Susie bullying Ralsei into dancing without Kris having to order him to. I appreciate the loyalty, fluffy boy, but I have to agree that dancing is not well suited to centralized control. (If you're also seeing that I took a ridiculous amount of damage in this stupid fight, then shuddup. I'm tired.) Spoiler So, we didn't so much clear up the misunderstanding as accidentally convince them that they converted us. Eh, whatever.
Right? Moving between the Light World physical spaces of the storage closet and the spare classroom required moving between the Dark World spaces of Ralsei's castle and the King's domain. There was even a big door. Now you can't leave the place that is in my playthrough called RobertTown except into the Light World. So...
I will have More Thoughts to share later, but yeah, thank you for flagging that! It is Interesting and Concerning.
Okay! Let's see what these music bots have to say... Spoiler Ah, I see. So that's why you're leading the fight against her... Spoiler ... for a very loose definition of "fight," I guess. Have you actually managed to so much as inconvenience anyone besides the heroes? Spoiler Oh, hey, the mysterious Knight again. So... I was in this library yesterday, and everything was fine. Has the Dark World actually existed, unconnected, for longer than that? Or was it somehow created such that its inhabitants remember a backstory? Since Lancer and Rouxls are physical inanimate objects when out of range of a fountain, I'm leaning toward the latter. If you essentially create people just to oppress them, is that better or worse than oppressing people who already existed?
Spoiler I guess we're doing this on a roller coaster for some reason? Spoiler A wild Noelle appeared! But she was too gay to actually fight us... Spoiler Oh fuck. Spoiler lol I feel like you're going to regret acquiring this particular minion. Spoiler Wow, I think I might actually let Susie hit you.
Spoiler Niiice, time to hit you right in that Paranatural-ish duckface. Spoiler Ah, yes. Once again, Spoiler boys fall down to bump of chicken. Spoiler Get rekt, Nerdly.
Spoiler What. No. That's literally never advantageous. Spoiler Yeah, so, Susie, you're way nicer than you used to be and all, but you're not up to the level of my fluffy boy. Spoiler Oh, that's right, my choices don't matter. Spoiler :-(
Spoiler Okay, I've heard from two separate sources that the internet is down. If you're seeing pop-ups without an active internet connection, something is very wrong with your computer. Spoiler A question that will never be answered. If the correct solution to this puzzle requires me to click on a pop-up ad, I will break my pacifist run, face god, and walk backward into hell.
