That would require it either to be connected to the surface above me or to the walls of the cavern without a break in the flow, though. And in the latter case, why would the water table be so high? @Wiwaxia There's a river that seems to run through a lot of the Underground; it's notable for having giant ice cubes floating down it from where a wolf monster in Snowdin throws them in. A phone call with Papyrus in the room with the bridge reveals that the "bridge" is actually a rock formation he painted to look like a bridge for added drama. (He added the ropes, too.) #noarmstho
