So I guess not everyone who chooses to become a Jäger really knows what they're truly in for, huh? *sighs* Some people who don't really wanna be one do get through, and end up regretting it.

So, well, what would you do if you thought your masters were going in the wrong direction? 'Cause, I mean, I know you think they're good but what if... one wasn't?

(oh, i've read girl genius actually, though not the most recent updates. for some reason, though, that particular moment eludes me right now. probably 'cause when reading the comic, i had lots of difficulty with understanding jäger speech so i had trouble with the jäger scenes. i'm surprised by how good i've got at it by now, though that could just be 'cause there is just words here so my brain isn't trying to process both pictures and words at the same time.)

Okay, that's fair. But it did you, at least, try to tell them you disagreed with that decision? I mean, it sounds like it wouldn't have done any good but I figure it'd be worth a shot at least.
