It is exciting because you learn shit like Undyne's fight being shorter if you get hit purposely by the first attack. She has unique dialogue for that too and will eventually bitch about not being your kindergarten teacher. It's faster to not do Papyrus' fight properly too. Basically just let him catch you three times in a row and skip the fight. His date dialogue is changed too.

 

I think Flowey just corrupted my save file

I mean, I know the Genocide ending because of YouTube. But people told me to stay away from videos with the neutral/pacifist endings until I'd played the game myself. So I was going COMPLETELY BLIND into that. And Flowey betrayed my trust.
I sincerely hope that he has some way of redeeming himself. Because I kinda like him and hope that he isn't just the soulless Asriel projection as the Froggits told me.
