nah, the outfit I made in the dollmaker is pretty much exactly what Rose wears.

 

oh, quick question--anyone have any objection to Rose Pearl's future weapon being a bladed fan?

 

@prismaticvoid nope, looks about accurate. the skirt might be a few inches shorter/a tiny bit looser, so it's easier to dance in, but other than that it's perfect.

 

Considering the proposed weapons so far include a gymnastics ribbon stick and a fancy umbrella, it'll fit right it. Go for it.

 

I can't quite figure out what's up with her midsection: is the top cropped or is there a section that's the same color as her skin?

 

arrrrre you talking to me? 'cause if you are, because I checked, Rose has a cropped top and then the ribbon is wrapped around her exposed midsection.

their gems are not in the same place because I don't know if that's standard for owners and Pearls and also because I HAD TO HAVE THAT CUT and putting it on the hand looked reaaaaaaaally weird in the gemsona maker.

I am here but won't be available until later but Lavender is gonna half freak out and then attempt a rare 'grab as many pearls as possible and book it" combo once the big Pearl unfuses. which we can coordinate which pearls those are later on i guess? probably no more than maybe three she can't exactly carry out all of them though that would be a hilarious visual.
She's also afterwards gonna take any excuse at all to fuse with other gems, especially Pearls because she lowkey crushes on everyone in this bar dance

edit: annnnnnnnnd because Rose is a terribly awkward baby when it comes to romance she's going to freak once she realizes she has a crush on Lavender and then she's going to flip out every time she sees Lavender and start avoiding her like crazy and it's gonna be GREAT
I can see it now
Lavender will be like "oh hey Rose"
and Rose is gonna be like "LAVENDER OH UM HI HAHA HOW ARE YOU" and then probably trip over her own feet and fall
face-first
