I'm glad everyone else is as amused by Smoke's inability to wear shirts that cover her tummy as I am. XD
I have a bunch of potential outfits I rejected because NOT ENOUGH CROP TOP

 

*whispers* I have so many options for Rose's outfit....too many options....someone help me...

 

Hmm.
Okay, what sort of design elements do you want to retain from her first outfit? And which one's do you want to dump?

 

I want to retain her ribbon belt, and the fact that she has a crop top. I also like her shoes, and I like the gloves I gave her. but outside of that, I'm definitely changing everything. so basically: ribbon belt, crop top, shoes, gloves staying. everything else? pretty much out the window.
like, the design I'm working on right now has knee-length leggings, armbands, a crop top with a sweetheart neckline and it's in two different colors (there's a band of light coloring at the top and then the rest of the top is a pretty dark pink color), and a see-through skirt.

 

I am one happy fashion student right now seeing all of these designs :D

 

Smoke may eventually end up with leggings + a see through skirt or pants, but I'm not sure yet. I want her outfits to slowly get more personal, less solely practical?
Like, as she considers herself more a person, less a, idk, walking palmpilot? (I can't believe I just used that as an example.)

I'm shit at coloring things without my tablet but I did my best

 

omg she's got freckles and leggings and a big bow she's so cute

 

yeah I've decided every time she regens she has freckles
...and in the past Almandine would immediately tell her freckles were not allowed and then poof her again
so she's going to come out of her gem all freaked out and panicky because it took her forever to regen and she really would rather not be poofed and where is Almandine anyway and who are these other Gems and what's going to happen is this the place they take Gems to be crushed are they all about to die

Depending on how quick everyone reforms, she might have either a wall of Pearls, or everyone pops back right while she's freaking out and rush to reassure her
