Also, can I just point out that I love how most gems react like "oh yes, her" whenever Smoky Quartz is brought up?
It makes everything feel more, idk, fleshed out, I guess.

Hey all, I don't want to step on any toes as I'm not sure who is the mod here, but there's a thread on It's So Meta to the effect that people's RP accounts are scaring folks in the status posts. I made a mod post to WT OOC about it but the short version is, don't make status posts that might be frightening or concerning to non-RPers on Kintsugi, like saying that you've been stabbed or imprisoned or are in pain or being threatened, because people can't necessarily tell that the person making the status post is an RP account--people do use avatars and names from fandoms for their real accounts, too.

 

wasn't planning on doing that, but I will keep it in the RP all the same.

Amber...well, the most that can really be said for her is that she'd never outright harm a Pearl, but she doesn't really see much use for them and thinks they're slow, vapid, and overall utterly useless. she treats Gold as such, and only has a Pearl because she did A Great Thing once upon a time that earned her, a small tech Gem, a Pearl. she didn't really want one but felt it was her duty to take the poor thing because otherwise it'd get crushed or something and then she might feel just the littlest bit bad. anywho, Gold has pretty much internalized Amber's opinions of Pearls and feels she's dumb and useless, and as a result has zero skills and very low self esteem. yaaaay

 

.....I want to involve Gold Pearl at some point now. somehow.

probably? I mean, it's Amber, she's kind of intent on mingling with high-ranking people, she most likely got a way in somehow, even if she is just a tech Gem.

 

I mean honestly endgame!Lavender will probably after she gets her confidence boosted by some semblance of combat ability, start infiltrating Pearl-Entertainment events and be like 'aye, youre a Pearl your owner treats you like shit. Did you know that We Are Not Things? Wanna run away with me to lesbian poly pile planet?'
