Pink Pearl is my favorite bc she looks like a shoujo anime antagonist.

Yeah, the designs are great and it's tempting but they're Not My Designs so i shan't.

I also love how Red Pearl is the only one not even a bit floaty or ethereal.

By the way, Opal's current form is basically the swimsuit part of Blue Pearl's costume, and a... half skirt? I don't know what the word is. What this character has, except Black Opal doesn't have the belt-looking part, and it's sheer like Blue Pearl's skirt.

oh that's a good idea. it seems like we've got a standoff between Hematite and Red Topaz, and it also seems like Black Opal's torn on what she should do?

 

Is it OK to have Black Opal poof Hematite? Also no, she's not torn, I'm just not sure if she'd think Red Topaz wanted her to beat Hematite or question her further.

 

Sorry, who's the Ruby that Melon mentioned? I'm not in the RP, I'm just confused by @Tourmaline 's post.

 

@KarrinBlue ohhhhhh that's a good point. i wonder about poofing Hematite? what would other-Hematite think of this? *pondering how this is going to affect group dynamics*


also LOL re Red Topaz being completely ineffective. we need some antagonists that aren't pathetic.

 

urgh. out of ALL the pearls, and ALL the other protaganists. there are only 4 fusions with Melo that arent dark brown-yellow.

and only 1 of those fusions is likely to happen in the story line

 

You can just make something up. Pick a non yellow brown gem that still incorporates what you thing they could make, then fuss around with it.

 

i also had better luck trying human fusions instead of gem fusions - and also changing their gem type to something closer to their actual colour than regular Pearl, but without changing their body colour. because the gemsona maker tends to like making alabaster out of two pearls.
