Earth, though that's not very helpful -- 90% of the dimensions I've been in have a planet that goes by that name. But the dominant species is the same on all the ones I have been to,except for the one with all the dinosaurs.

Yes, but I haven't been there. And until just now, I wasn't sure your planet was an Earth. Humans are an invasive species; it would not have surprised me if the monsters had been there first.

@Starkiller You asked about the clone murder thing and didn't seem to receive an answer that satisfied you, so I'll take it on.

Assuming for the moment that nature > nurture and you and the clone both share the same basic 'template' for your personalities, the same core, it's still murder if you kill them. They stop being purely you from the moment their experience splits, so they're another person by the time you've killed them. If you kill them as soon as they begin to experience they have the experience of being killed by you, which you don't. If you kill them before they can experience anything then they haven't had the chance to live at all, and it's practically a premature termination of a mostly-complete clone.

Even with your memories, a clone will have different experiences than you, making them a separate person. We are the sum of our experiences. Our reactions and responses to those experiences are what mark our lives. To cut short a series of experiences separate from your own is murder. To cut short those identical is suicide- because only you, as you are, will have that exact background.

    Is this answer sufficient?

[HAS MY PRESENCE MADE YOU PHILOSOPHICAL AGAIN?]

    Eat my entire ass.

I am afraid that Lord Vader was a character in a movie I saw...about 35 times when I was in college? I hope that if I am a character in some other dimension's films or television shows, I am portrayed intelligently. And I also hope they don't leave out the part where I actually did eventually have a relationship that wasn't terrible for me and everyone around me...after the adultery, and the mecha, and the demon, and the failed apocalypse, and the troll, with whom I am banned from at least one planet I'm sure of...

I guess everything you ever read or watched or listened to may be reality somewhere.

Or maybe it really did happen long ago in a different galaxy, like it said in the scrolling text.
    That's possible too.

(Indeed I do! The skeletons are very friendly, if possessed of a regretable tendency to jealously guard their bones. I say, why not share? Especially if the bones will otherwise sit in a storage unit.)

  20. Everything I can imagine is reality somewhere. If you want to discuss the question of whether that makes them objectively real, we will need drinks both strong and plentiful. I believe the nearest bar has some good Earth whiskey.
((This is well within his reality warping powers, so if anyone looks they'll find it :) ))
