    Ah.
Punning is a widely practiiced art form on Alternia, and ushorely -- usually, sorry, I need to reconfigure my autosub -- people stick to a theme, and punning in other people's themes is considered eitther flirtation or that you're actually quadrantmates, but with all the liberal punning going on here, I'm branching out if I spot an oppuntunity.
And that last one was punintentional.

WHAT SHE MEANS IS SHE'S GONNA FLIRT WITH EVERYONE THROUGH PUNS. BECAUSE SUDDENLY NOT BEING LEGALLY FORCED TO GET LAID BY A CERTAIN DATE MAKES THE WHOLE THING SOUND MUCH MORE COMPELLING.

It's not the subtle ones I mind. You work them into your vocabulary so well it works. It's the ones that come with the fucking atmosphere itself doing the stupid "geddit" eyebrows that make me want to flip a shit.

Heh. Although I thought the lukewarm one was subtle.
Similarily with the space bar one, I could've posted this:

Actually, considering i can travel to different planets they offer a wide variety of choices. Mostly Mos Eisley Cantina. I know a cantina sounds bad, but if you can defend yourself and keep a low profile, then your golden.

being golden is a figure of speech. Although, being rust would be a bad color too. It gets a bad reputation of slowing down vehicles, machines, and gets everywhere. I wouldnt want to be connected to that.

It's good and bad in mine. Gold as one of the magic Colors is trust, love, unity, and pity, but also jealousy. The metal is exchanged when pacts are made- "giving gold" is a common term for making an alliance: "they've been attacked as well so now we're giving gold." Leaders wear it to signify unity and the trust they believe is put in them. But as a Color it can be manipulated, and people who can see the Colors in your soul are likely to resist trusting you if you have a great deal of Gold in your soul. It may mean that you're so honest or well-meaning that you naturally accumulate Gold, but it's more likely that you've learned to use Gold to influence people, making them trust or even love you when they otherwise wouldn't. Spirits with Gold souls are almost always dangerous because they actively mess with people, either gathering followers or driving people to murderous jealousy.

Pale gold, as a metal and a symbol, is a false promise or a truce not meant to last. Supposedly you can tell people who use Gold from those who attract it because the Gold in their soul is paler, if you can see the Color, but that's just wishful thinking. Sometimes pale gold is exchanged when giving gold to mean up front that things are an alliance only because of a mutual threat and they'll go back to trying to kill you once the storm is clear. Or giving someone you know a small piece of pale gold in a smaller exchange can mean that they know someone there can't be trusted but can't talk about- people regularly in that kind of situation have other signs to make it clear they mean that instead of "sorry but this time we're on opposite sides" or similar.

Pirates prefer to wear pale gold than the darker shades, to advertise that they're dishonest and don't care, and because of the association with jealousy. There's a mythological tyrant who didn't do such a bad job who wore a crown of pale gold and silver, set with rubies in purest Crimson and the most Violet amethysts. Which is pretty much an announcement of "yes I AM the baddest bitch in town, the skulls I crushed to form my kingdom is the foundation for my palace and I dare you to fight me." Given what I know of the rest of the story, I'm fairly certain she had to dedicate an entire wing of said palace purely to holding the titanic balls it took to do that and survive.
