I cosplayed Neferpitou from Hunter x Hunter last weekend:



It was a very rushed cosplay, made over the course of 2 days, so there's a lot of stuff to change or add if I want to use it again, but I'm pleased with the overall look.

:D Ty! Taking selfies for me is actually very much a way to combat depersonalization/derealization feels. There's my face! It's right there! And oh, look, other people see it too! Also, it stays there and I can find it again later, which is also helpful with the brainweird/trauma-induced memory issues :P Sooooooooo the reference just felt super appropriate. IDK.

I am just very glad that I finally stumbled into the selfie thread, since I basically stopped using other social media a while ago.

 

The reference was perfect. And I usually don't post pictures of me on social media because no one that I know in real life wants to see my face any more than they have to. Luckily, this thread is devoted to that!
