i found this song from listening to jenny by the studio killers over and over and looking into the youtube sidebar after a while. the music video for it is gory and sorta 18+ (sorta because it's animated and there's no nudity) so just the music version on here. just mentioning as a warning for anyone who might look it up. also electro swing is totally my new favorite music genre (the genre of this song).
