Basically it was the best moment in my life when I got to meet the part of the cast that was on the Europe tour, Cecil Baldwin was incredibly kind and cool about me hyperventilating a bit (read: I WAS SO LIGHT HEADED I THOUGHT I'D FAINT AHHH) I got a weird deer shirt that everyone signed I love it to bits <3
I was honestly not expecting any shows in my country either? Apparently the German WTNV fandom is big and passionate enough to stop in three of our major cities that's like. Impressive. I was 100% prepared to take up a debt with a bank to take a trip to the UK on the off chance that a Europe tour LIKE EVER HAPPENED AT ALL and then they just ANNOUNCED THEY WERE NOT ONLY DOING A EUROPE TOUR BUT THEY WERE GONNA STOP IN MY TOWN AND I basically died a little inside because this is too much luck for a single person to have. also if this happens again you are basically welcome to crash at my place should the tour stop in Berlin again and I am still living there, because the liveshows are gr9 just -heart eyes- I also heard the news on this in a public setting and that is probably the only reason I didn't tear up lol

Simone knows. Who else knows? Leonard did not sound surprised. how was Night Vale saved? the angels? Lee Marvin? My sister has theorized that Kevin might be Cecil's alternate-universe brother...? What the fuck happened with the mirrors when Cecil was younger? does being the Voice of Night Vale make you immortal? if so... Leonard? ...Cecil? so many questions.

So we can be pretty sure that the Night Vale that ended in 1983 is the desert otherworld? That... what... Leonard died but apparently not and doesn't even comment on the description of his own death? Cecil has been an intern for a while before 1934 considering no intern has ever been broadcasting on their own in wtnv and he did by then. why did reality split off in 1983 and why did the city council build a dog park in present day that seems to be a giant hole in reality leading straight to a version of Night Vale that was devastated in an apocalypse?
Spoiler who the hell are the hooded figures who patrol within the dog park? again, where the hell is Desert Bluffs? who are the masked army? what the fucking fucker fuck is the Smiling God? it was described as the bright light seeping in from the otherworld, yes? where did it go? Kevin said that Desert Bluffs fell to the Smiling God before Night Vale. ?????? what is the lighthouse? who built the strange settlement with Strexian symbols in it? ...I think I have to go back and listen to everything again...

Caught up with 70a&b yesterday at work Spoiler: aarggh and was desperately trying not to cry happy tears while at work also OMG VIOLET just omg everything but mostly carlos ...though I think it's interesting that kevin went "home is where I am from" and renamed desert bluffs, where carlos was like "home is where people who love you live" I love it when steve carlsberg shows up, just because of how much cecil is "Ugh STEVE"
