I got so distracted by school that I havn't played in months. I am going on a road trip tomorrow, so I am gonna bring my 3DS all charged up and either work some more on my girl farmer file, orrr I am going to start my genderqueer farmer file. Still probably on seedling mode, because I have no sense of shame. It'll be fun when it hits fall.

My grain field will be up for grabs tomorrow and I want to be on the safe side and have stuff to sell for the inevitable Sell-Off
At some point, that will be taken over by the pottery shed stuff, but for this month it'll be sweet potatos. partially because i've got the shroom field and the tall crops field in quick succession and will need stuff to sell for those as well

next order of business: A BIGGER BAG

is there a way to increase storage space? 50 each for assorted and fridge just isnt enough

also, it wouldve been cool if you could make fodder into fertilizer. the growth rate is ridic, and the 24-40 fertilizer otmar sells each day except sunday just isnt enough for my current 84 plots, number to be rising in the near future.

(also, still trying to get eda's last event to trigger) (i've got her on blue flower-equivalent so not enough friendship with her isn't the issue)

 

:O you unlock large versions of storage, and if you build multiple of them you have extra, unless I was hallucinating. I was so confused for a while and I'mma laugh if I was wrong.

 

late update from anime farmer hell: I never realized I could use the little blue patch in the tutorial that you grew the turnips in to harvest the turnips and then you can go back and plant more turnips and potatoes there. I now have 4 extra plots to grow stuff in!

I'm so close to marriage that it hurts. met all the requirements, Licorice is at a red heart, I just need to see the pink heart event, this is all going very smoothly, pretty much romantic speedrunning

but I kind of want her to propose to me (I'm sure it'd be super cute, since she's so shy), and if I go for that, it'll take at least another season. I just want to get married now, this is weirdly stressful

I forgot one of my chickens and one of my rabbits out overnight
next day was a tornado
the rabbit was fine!
the chicken was angry af and ran away the next day
i caught it and the day after it got sick.
