Poking at some more Fire Emblem: Moonless Age sprite bullshit because why the fuck not Tentative Chrys Lord sprite (at 200%, because it's closer to the GBA pixel size) Not sure if I wanna keep her breastplate at it's more canonical grey or go for the Sharen Teal. Technically I think Ariel has only developed the hair arm trick since Felde so it would make sense that notKoil didn't know about it. They're still going to get quite a surprise though. Also those spears look like they can't be used one handed so. She does have a bit of a point on the Val thing though, I think.
Well, she may have developed the grabby-hair trick only since Felde, but before that, it looks to have been pretty common to use her hair in her shapeshifting- so though I'm sure not-Koil's going to get a rude surprise in the next update that she couldn't have anticipated, she still hasn't done her research properly- even if Ariel couldn't do her new trick, she could just shapeshift her hair short like she did most recently chapter or two ago; whoops, what're you holding onto now, not-Koil? NOTHING.
Even if her hair got cut off she could just reattach it in a second, too. It's not like hair can rot, at least not for a good while.
OH GOD I'M WORRIED. Spoiler Poor Naal, eating meat that's apparently too bad even for Chelians. Or maybe she just got there first and no one wants to scavenge near the checkpoints. Please let her meet up with Kiel soon. Also, dang Sarghs, 'just loot the body already' - that lady looks like Jaal'darya, for all we know she could've been going to the fortress for legitimate reasons. They really are mercenaries... Well, hopefully Naal can escape them. Maybe this is when we find out she has enough of her aura left to use shadow magic?
Today's page... well, looking at Kern's post. Spoiler Naal run for her life, bleeding and shot in the back only to stumble against the warriors of her former family. This would be a life saving reunion... had she not been an unrecognizable demon. Ow, my heart. Also that 'former family member' is probably either going to be Naal's next snack, or her next body...

Like would 'changed us all' be the physical changes between dokkalfar/vanir and the drowolath and drowussu, or it could be the taint taking over (or hell, compare sentient demons in drow bodies vs drow-and-demon fusions)
