As for the outfit,
The only really ridiculous price in there is the plain white thirst, which is easily substituted.
Also easily replaced with similar things are e boots, and pants, and beanie, and flower crown.
The bracelet is like, four dollars
The sweater is 30$, but it is so damn cute
And the earrings could totally be replace with plain pearls, or whatever. :D

Shirt and boots I basically own, earrings I have a similar pair, bracelet I also have a similar one.
Beanie/flower crown I can def find
