These Games We Play As far as I know, it's only online on the kink meme, and on ff.net, and I'm not sure the author tumblrs their writing. If you mainly read on ao3, I bet it would have been easy to miss! (and it's so so so good I just cleared chapter 18 and I am unbelievably emotionally compomised)

My favorite part is that this is clearly a plan that Optimus thought would be foolproof, and no one on his side attempted to stop him from sending the initial messages, whereas Soundwave and the rest are like "not this shit again"
I'm going to continue blissfully assume it's not real. Half the fun is in the speculation, and having a major avenue shut down out of hand is... annoying, when we've gotten nothing else from that particular direction to replace it with.
Yeah, and honestly a bit frustrated with 'he seemed to relish proving Willis wrong' when the OP isn't even Willis. idk.

Spoiler: MTMTE 50+ Huh, I just realized-I bet the rest of the mutineers don't realize that Getaway handed them over to the DJD, since Megatron didn't get a chance to state it outright. And Getaway's at least pretending for the rest of the crew that non-Megatron people are making it out of this alive. So I bet the crew thinks they made an underhanded bargain with Deathsaurus instead-he's an honorable sort, and probably keeps his word in stuff like prisoner exchanges since it's better for getting his people out alive. Sure, he's still actively cyberforming planets, but hey, what's a few billion dead organics in the face of the potential irony of getting Megatron killed by a defector from his own army?
