To tweak my own translation to try and be a little more indiomatic- (also domus is complicated, lemme go look that up)

Wisdom, and virtue, remain in her country, and within and of his time is the knowledge of all things.

domus can also be like. race? idk. it's SO WEIRD

(the locative is stupid, i don't even know if that's the locative but it's just generally stupid)

Yup, agreed with folks! It looks like this is a spell from the Key of Solomon, designed to bring you wisdom and virtue. Which is pretty damn awesome.

also i deeply suspect that he knew his works would survive long enough to be awful for latin II students.

why can't latin class be entirely just reading dirty poetry and making bad puns.

"Vir non mortuus dum nomen dictatur.", I think. :D But yeah!

(I will get the other translations when I get home, but spot-checking is quicker than "how do I get this sense into Latin".)

    Thank you friend!
the little words are what trip me up.
also why is passive subjunctive a thing.

For cases like this, basically. But yeah, subjunctive is a pain in the neck to conjugate; it's always tripped me up too.

Clearly Latin is for grammar fetishists. Well, we did know the Romans were perverse.

I went to a 'Gymnasium', which has Latin from year 1, added Ancient Greek in year 2, and in year 3 we had to choose whether to do Latin, Ancient Greek or both for our final exams in year 6. I chose Ancient Greek :) Homer is surprisingly easy to translate (even though I would not be able to translate it anymore xD)
Also: we only focused on translating from Latin or Ancient Greek, not translating into Ancient Greek or Latin.

After all, the word "feminas" does objectify women.
