I'm drawing a groupshot. it is very difficult. Visor Ruby gets to lead, and P-dot thinks this is supremely unfair. Thighgem and Growly are on Jasp handling duty, Eyegem and Bellgem are taking in the sights, and Lapis is floating overhead. I'm never gonna finish this.

Spoiler: steven floats yeah, i think he really got some insight into his powers then, and probably, now that he has knows it and has fully acknowledged it, he'll be better at using all his powers. 'cause, he put it into words and being able to put things into words is pretty important. now he knows what has messed him up before, he can deal with it in the future.

it's likely slightly sped up which is why it sounds higher. i think that's fairly common for cartoons being aired in europe.
it's just the intro and outro. basically to make it fit in the timeslot better. iirc CN in america also speeds up the credits, if you get the episodes on iTunes they are slower and also have a song over them.
could also be the type of transmission, but that would effect the entire episode and not just intro/outro. Just remembering when I watched old episodes of Glee that had been recorded in australia, the entire episodes were half a pitch higher and it had to do with how TV waves are transmitted to them.
