I am trying to have a more nuanced view of death and honor than I was raised with. There are definitely situations where death is preferable; but I think in those it is my responsibility to find a third way if I can. Death would limit my options.

Regretting a path, a choice, a death... not the same as that path being inherently wrong or bad.
