I've seen this mentioned here and there and I'm feeling fan-ish, therefore Fan Town thread! Fallen London is an interactive fiction browser game about Victorian London if Queen Victoria had sold London to an otherworldly marketplace called the Bazaar in exchange for curing Prince Albert of a deadly sickness. London was stolen by bats, and is now wrapped around the Bazaar in the Neath, a weird and mysterious underworld where death is rarely permanent, and common Londoners mingle with squid people, devils, and clay men. I'm honestly thinking of restarting, even though I'm pretty far along, because I can't figure out a way to change my gender and I made my account back when I was trying very hard not to admit to myself that I had gender issues. You'd think that they'd have a clear way of changing it.

I actually have 3 different Fallen London characters which have been abandoned for months because I couldn't focus on any of them... Which is disappointing, I guess, they developed into OCs and I started playing to what their personalities were, it was pretty fun. But I ran into item-grinding storylines and couldn't concentrate enough to keep going. I really should get back sometime, because of the updates to Ambition, but I doubt now's a good time. (My notability's fucked by now, ughhhh.) One thing that was a huge problem was that my second character was actually made for Seeking the Name, but it went on hiatus before I could get to it. (Should Seeking get a spoiler?) That entire storyline is just so appealing to me, and it still kinda hurts that I never got to try it out. Also, does Sunless Sea fit in this thread? I own it, but my computer can't really handle playing it.
