@IvyLB, that orange suits you so well!! I've considered going orange but I don't think it'd work well on me. :(

 

I have a pretty warm undertone to my skin so I can do all these nifty reddish and orangeish and goldish stuff.
means I look kinda sicklish in cold colors tho, so there is that.
idk as long as you have a warm skintone (either check if veins show up sorta greenish (warm) or more purpleish (cold) or check jewelry against your skin, if gold is better obviously warm, silver = cold) or maybe even a neutralish one you can probably pull if off!

 

I definitely have a colder skintone, I think. I look alright with red hair and pink hair, but overall cooler colors suit me better.

 

I must have fairly neutral skin then. Ok silver makes me look paler, which is not a good thing by conventional stadards but I like it so who knows. (My veins show up some green and some purple so er...) And specifically both red and blue make my skintone look nice so.. *shrug*

that would be a neutral skin tone yes. Congratulations you can pull off almost any color ever given that it doesn't coincidentally clash with anything else you wear. I'm jelly as a jellyfish

 

Except yellow, that makes me look three weeks dead. Mostly because I am very very pale.

Does anyone know how to tell if someone would look good in a particular hairstyle? I keep wanting to do something drastic to mine but if I'm going to look abysmal in it...

 

Black apparently makes me look three weeks dead. Thwarting my gothy ambitions forever.

Although it was Mom saying that, so actually, I'm not sure if that's trustworthy. :\

 

Everyone can look good in, generally, any hairstyle, but minor adjustments are needed to account for face shape. E.G. I look good in this pixie cut, but one with shorter bangs would make my round face and short forehead look way too round and short respectively. You can message me if you wanna talk specifics?

Heh. I'll selfie when I get home and y'all can judge - it was the clothes, not the hair, that I was really going for. I actually really like my natural haircolor.

(And it pisses her off anyway, because she hates red hair and mine is vaguely reddish. :D)

 

Trouble is that I'm... ... bad at fashion. So I want to look nice but I have no idea how. :\

 

tbh thats kind of the point of goth black ::D
black is rly nice in that you can combinr it with basically every colour so you can splash in some stuff that makes you look less dead.
