Bit that pertains to me personally is the "don't give tech to non-Cybertronians" but HA. Plenty of people will pay good credit for mostly-functional shuttle parts or computational machinery, who gives a glitchmouse's aft?

...fairly sure this is why they have a live mech as the enforcer instead of pure automation, if I remember Cybertronian databases correctly. Duly Appointed Enforcer replaced some AI referred to only by its encoded designation for reasons still classified, something about exacerbating war crimes? Didn't pry too far, getting arrested for stupid slag wasn't on "List Of Things To Do On Research Trip".

Records state the Enforcer has survived many things mechs should not be able to survive, so at the very least he's hard to get rid of.

What if he's an outlier? Were outliers treated badly on Cybertron, too? Well, not-dying is a useful enough ability they'd overlook it for him. Unlike mine.
