Spoiler i have to admit, i find it a little curious how unsurprised anthy is by the black rose duelists in between that and the fact that the black rose groom looks like a combination of her and dios, i fear that all this black rose stuff stems from her own suicidal ideation or something all magic powers seem to come from her and/or dios, after all
The duels in this arc are some of my faves in the entire series, tbh. Perfect music, perfect character development, perfect outfits duelist outfits.
Spoiler: Spoiler through episode 29 I was rewatching some episodes to try and remember which song went with which duel, and I just remembered something rad: Utena has never honest-to-christ beaten Juri in a fair fight.
