fantroll arr pee planning/ooc (open!)

I have an rp and no group. I am trying to get a vampire and lykin group together. I am very good at thus kind of stuff I love rp and really love rpgs and larp.

 

Try having an ooc thread that says you're looking for players. I was kind of interested in your rp but I didn't give it much thought because there wasn't an ooc thread, and it didn't say whether it was open or closed.

I would not feel comfortable being in an rp without an ooc thread. That might just be me, but I need a place for out of character discussion.

 

How do I do that?

 

Just make a new thread in the rp subforum, and title it something like "vampires and lykens ooc (open rp)" and put some basic information in there

Goodness we have so many fantrolls in here now.
I want to do something with Nazuma, my indigo mad-scientist/helm-engineer carni. But I forget who it was that was going to be a good match to play with him in the dessert city.

@seebs @jacktrash how does one set up a subforum thingie like some other rps have and can some1 plz move our threads (all linked in the first post of this thread) to one? thank u! i just don't wanna get in everyone else's way in it's galley's turn and it looks like there's gonna be a fair amount of content being generated, as there's what, six ppl doing desertverse fantrolls or something?

 

DesertVerse Fantrolls would be a good subforum title.
I like this idea. Then we can sort ourselves out a little more.

Some brainstormy ideas...

I headcanon Ascension at 10 sweeps. Cyz is getting close and hasn't had any official "yep the Empire wants you for helms training" message. I'm wondering if he might panic and try to find his own ship (because of course he will jump straight to the "they haven't said anything, they must know I'm sub par, oh shit I'm gonna get culled" conclusion)? He's not very street-smart though, he could get himself in trouble and could run into/be rescued by Nazuma. ( before or after the actual getting into trouble part remains to be seen)

OR he goes and gets himself in trouble and ends up with a poor amputation job and shitty bioware, ends up accidentally killing everyone on his (obviously pirate) ship, someone finds him drifting? ...i kinna like this one, lots of opportunities for angst followed by finding new life and purpose, rather than narrowly avoiding the angst :P

@Kaylotta that's all good. Maybe he'll tell you after playing around with him? That's usually how it works for my characters.

 

Naz is actually pretty damn street smart. Comes with being carni clown trash and being indigo helps much.

Though your second one is REALLY interesting (I love angst rps theyre so... oh crap whats the word. damnit brain.) Anyways theyre good for mental cleansing and Naz/Delphi could find him drifting. That'd be fun.
