I think you do not quite grasp just how deep the human proverbial rabbit hole goes when it comes to war crimes when your species can literally pump out new sentient soldiers in the time it takes to thaw their sparks. Fully customizable too. Madefor the explicit purpose of killing as many foes as possible int heir average expected life span of three minutes.

 

Not that the Decepticons were nearly as exciting when it came to customizing their soldiers. Me and Sunshower are identical.
